We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days from receipt of order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please provide only your street address for delivery. We do not post to P.O. Boxes.

We will send you a notification once your order has been shipped.

Delays may occur on large orders due to product supply or courier services, which are outside our control.

Free Shipping on all orders over $75.00 within New Zealand.

All other orders are a flat rate as follows:

$6.50 for urban areas New Zealand wide

$9.50 for rural orders New Zealand wide

All other locations are priced according to weight and delivery address.

International shipping

We want you to be confident in the quality of the products provided on Earth and Honey.

Our beeswax food wraps are handmade in small batches and slight variations can occur. Other homemade products will have some inconsistencies.

However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) requesting a refund or an exchange on unused products.

Please include:

1. Your order number #

2. The product you would like to return/refund and the reason why

3. Whether you would like a full refund or replacement product

If your product is delivered damaged, please include a photo of the damage.

Goods returned must be received by us within 21 days (15 business days) in unused condition and in their original packaging, along with a copy of your receipt.

Please note we cannot refund shipping costs but can apply it to your replacement product.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order has shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. You can use this to check the status of your parcel. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We use Gosweetspot for all deliveries.

Once sent, it should take 1-3 business days for the parcels to be delivered. However, delays can occur and are outside our control
